You will receive an invoice each term in advance. Payment is due irrespective of attendance unless long term holidays are planned. One month's notice is required upon your child leaving or altering their sessions or you will be liable to pay the full terms fees.
Every three or four year old will receive a government grant towards the cost of their nursery fees from the term after their third birthday. Please ask for the additional funding sheet and application.
Top up fees are required to cover the remainder of session costs.

All children qualify for government funding the term after their 3rd birthday for 38 weeks per year.
You can claim up to a maximum of 5 vouchers (12.5 hours) per week and this will be deducted from your bill leaving a top up fee to pay.
The top up fee covers additional weeks, hours and healthy snacks throughout the term. Please see the separate example funding formula sheet that shows various combinations of costs and our special offer for funded children being able to attend for 5 x afternoon sessions per week for FREE.
All sessions booked will be charged at the above rate for the total number of weeks during that term irrespective of attendance.
Fees are payable each term in advance or by arrangement with the management.
One months notice (term time) is required upon your child leaving or altering your child’s sessions. Fees are reviewed annually during August.
